Terms & Conditions

By booking our catering or banquet hall services, you (“Host”/“Client”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions are set by Nirusa Caterers (“we,” “our,” “us”) to ensure smooth operations and the best possible service.


1. Right of Admission

  • Right of admission is strictly reserved with the Management.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • 40% of the total billing amount must be paid as an advance at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 60% must be paid 7 days before the occasion, along with the final party menu.
  • Advance paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Guest Numbers & Additional Charges

  • Any extra number of guests/plates beyond the initially committed count will be charged additionally.
  • A 10% additional charge per plate will be applicable if the guest count exceeds the initial commitment.
  • Additional food service for extra guests can be arranged within 30–40 minutes.

4. Party Timings

  • Lunch parties must vacate the hall by 3:30 PM sharp.
  • Dinner parties must vacate the hall by 11:00 PM sharp.

5. Facilities & Usage

  • Dress changing rooms (if not attached to the banquet hall) will be provided only for 5 hours, subject to event type and timing.
  • The Host is responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves or their guests.

6. Restrictions

The following are strictly not allowed:

  • Outside food, decorators, event planners, or vendors
  • DJ, orchestra, band, crackers, or drone cameras
  • Liquor or alcoholic beverages
  • Pets in hall premises
  • Spitting in the premises
  • Harmful substances, explosives, or any illegal items (will be reported to authorities if found)

7. Food Service Policy

  • Buffet service will be provided for all items (except welcome drinks & snacks).
  • Service of welcome drinks & snacks will be for 60 minutes only.
  • Food will be served only at the venue; leftover food will not be packed or taken away.

8. Safety & Responsibility

  • Hosts and guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables; management will not be liable for any loss or damage.
  • In case of power failure or technical issues, lifts and air-conditioning may not function.
  • The Host is responsible for maintaining law and order among guests, friends, and relatives during the event.
  • The main guest/host must assign a responsible person for hall access monitoring, as staff cannot identify all invitees.

9. Cooperation in Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While the management will make every effort to ensure smooth operations, unforeseen circumstances may occur. Your cooperation is appreciated in such cases.
